"I'd like to know more about what's going on in the background" - I've found the Firebug plugin for Firefox invaluable for working out what happens between the stuff you write in Flare and what you see in the output. MadCap could help by providing more technical documentation - the help is pretty good on procedural stuff, but I'd like to know more about what's going on in the background sometimes.
