If you use tab in this comment form then it refreshes the form - instead of moving you to the next field (which is what I'd expected). I just wanted to say that I'm a technical author who's only just discovered the delights of listening to podcasts. I've only got up to podcast 9 so far - but have really enjoyed listening to you (instead of Radio 4) on the way to and from work. I've just downloaded all your thoughts on Flare, to give me some ideas of what to look out for as I try and work out which solution will give us the best search facility in webhelp. We're currently on RoboHelp 7 and I'm looking at RH8, Flare and the ZoomSearch utility. You've commented a few times about the unscripted nature of the casts - I find that the ums and pauses almost make it easier to listen to while you're doing something else. They 'reduce the intensity' of information, making it easier to keep up when you can't give the talk 100% of your attension. Anyway, I just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed your podcasts so far.
